Before you ride
Every listing is reviewed
Before a vehicle can be booked, BAHHR checks the photos, the category, the location and the pricing. Reviews typically complete within 24 hours.
Owners are verified
Owners sign in with a verified Saudi phone number and complete account verification before they can receive payouts.
Protected by BAHHR Insurance
Rentals booked and paid in the app include insurance for the booked slot. Cover, limits and exclusions are shown before payment. Off-platform arrangements are not covered.
Reviews only after completed rentals
You cannot review a vehicle you never rode. Ratings stay tied to real, completed trips.
In-app chat, on the record
Meeting points, fuel and handover details stay in the conversation, so support can help if something is disputed.
Report a listing
Anything unsafe or misleading can be reported from the listing. Safety reports jump the queue.
Before you ride
- Wear the gear the category requires: life jacket on the water, helmet on sand.
- Ride inside the booked slot. Outside it, you are not covered.
- Never move a booking off the platform, even if it seems easier.
- Check fuel, brakes, kill-cord and tyre pressure at handover.
- A valid KSA licence is required for motorcycles on public roads.
